To create a seller account, you must:

We reserve the right to reject or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You are required to:

• Provide accurate business and personal information
• Submit necessary verification documents (e.g., government-issued ID, business registration)
• Keep your credentials secure and confidential

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

3. Product Listings & Quality

As a seller, you agree to:

• List only genuine, high-quality products
• Provide clear, truthful descriptions and images
• Avoid prohibited or restricted items (e.g., counterfeit goods, dangerous materials)
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update availability regularly

We reserve the right to remove or disable any listing that violates our policies.

4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

You must:

• Process and fulfill orders promptly
• Ensure safe packaging and reliable delivery
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Failure to deliver products may result in account suspension or penalties.

5. Fees & Payments

• We charge a commission/fee on each successful sale (as agreed during onboarding)
• Payments are settled to your provided bank account according to our payout schedule
• Any disputes regarding payments must be reported within 7 business days

6. Customer Service

Sellers must:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally
• Maintain a positive seller rating and reputation

Unresolved disputes may be escalated to our support team.

7. Platform Rules & Conduct

Sellers agree not to:

• Manipulate prices or feedback
• Use offensive, misleading, or abusive language
• Interfere with other sellers or platform operations
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may lead to warnings, suspension, or termination.

8. Content Ownership

By uploading content (images, text, product details), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for promotional and operational purposes within the platform.

9. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate your seller account if:

• You violate these terms
• We detect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
• You fail to fulfill orders consistently

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Limitation of Liability

247 Instant Sales is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, reputation, or data
• Issues caused by third-party services (e.g., payment or logistics partners)
• Any indirect or incidental damages

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or a competent court in Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Sellers will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of your account indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
